Kempton Street Greytown – House relocation and complete refurbishment Completed November 2022
Completed over 18 months during the challenging Covid period, the existing house was originally relocated from Petone to its final resting place in central Greytown.
The house was refurbished from top to bottom, with a new improved floor plan to take advantage of the sun and views. Kaleb Design carried out the design and full building consent approval with the council.
We are proud to have come in on budget and the home is now available for holiday vacations listed on Airbnb.
